Using a classic socket
The Tilter is recharged very simply with a classic 16A/220V sector socket using the approved recharge kit provided with the vehicle and the plug placed underneath the number plate.
Outside you will have to have a watertight socket to be installed near the usual recharge point.
Length of recharge
The length of the recharge varies depending on the depth of discharge. Allow for up to 6 hrs 30 for a full recharge and less than 3 hours for the most common partial recharges (20% to 80%).
The recharging is automatically stopped by the BMS (Battery Management System), which protects the battery and the occupants against any exceptional events such as overvoltage, fire, short-circuit, piercing, immersion etc. by separating the box into subcomponents and thereby presenting less of a danger.
