A story of passionate people

Eric Prosé, General Director
of SynergEthic SA

Paris 2007: Eric Prosé decided to design a vehicle that could travel quickly, comfortably, safely and without polluting. It was to have two seats, could go anywhere, would be parked like a scooter and was to be100% electric. It is based on this objective that he founded the company SynergEthic and established himself in a workshop in the Ile-de-France region to develop the Tilter there.

Very quickly the public authorities expressed an interest in the project and gave him their support notably via Oséo and the Conseil Général des Yvelines.

At the end of 2009 ADEME took up the baton via its Demonstrator Fund.

In 2010, new partners joined the enterprise: Brightwell Holding, Orhan Holding and BPlas became associated with the project. They provided the economic and technical means indispensable to a market launch intended for 2012.

The main activity of BPlas is plastic injection moulding, and it is the leading Turkish supplier of components for the automobile industry in this speciality.

Orhan Holding is a consortium of industrial and commercial companies specialising in the production of automobile components: full seats, exhaust pipes, springs, cables and fluid conduits.

Brightwell is a private investment company specialising in energy and environment technologies, transport and innovative solutions and services. Its chairman Alphan Manas is also chairman of SynergEthic SA.
